American Loan Modification Services lowered my mortgage payment!
I had never had to face anything as terrifying as the prospect of losing my house. I was sitting in my living room one morning crying, wondering what I was going to do, when all of a sudden on the television a voice said “if you’re having trouble making your house payment, call this number-we may be able to help”.
I obviously had nothing to lose just by making a phone call. Brandon answered the phone and explained in detail what his service would do for me. It was just before Thanksgiving, so he told me to have a nice holiday, relax and we would talk after the holiday. True to his word, he called me the next week and asked me if I had made a decision. There was absolutely no pressure from Brandon, had there been even the slightest bit of pressure, which would have been a deal breaker, so believe me when I say he is one of the easiest mannered people I have ever had to deal with.
This is a process, so I am still in the thick of it; however, just knowing that I am making progress has made all the difference in the world to me. My wife and I contracted with Brandon Oscarson to negotiate with our two mortgage companies on our behalf and to help us with our credit card debt.
I am semi-retired, my wife is a Realtor, and real estate has been extremely slow in 2007 and 2008. As a result, we became behind in our mortgage payments.
After providing Brandon with the documentation and records that he requested of us, he contacted our two mortgage firms---one for our home and one for our rental unit---and took over for us.
We are extremely pleased. He negotiated with Washington Mutual (WAMU) and got our payments in arrears loaded onto the back of our principal, and got our mortgage rate reduced to about 3% for the next year which more than cut our monthly payment in half on our rental unit.
He is also working with our other mortgage firm and has held them off for months. Now we can show a renewal of real estate income so that they will negotiate with him for an agreement similar to the WAMU one.
We recommend Brandon Oscarson to anyone who is having trouble with their mortgage payments, credit cards, or other obligations due to the slow economy.
